平素よりクロスホテル京都をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 さて、クロスホテル京都は、2027年1月18日（月）に、保安規定に基づくホテル内電気設備の定期点検を行うため、全館停電を実施いたします。つきましては、下記の時間帯において、客室を含む館内のすべての電気設備がご利用いただけません。また、非常警報設備およびエレベーター等も停止いたしますため、お客さまの安全確保の観点から、停電時間中はホテル館内にご滞在頂けません。 大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。 1.2027年1月18日（月）午前11時 – 午後5時 一時休館 ※全館停電のため、上記時間帯のホテルへの入館はできません。 2. ご宿泊について 1月18日ご宿泊のお客さまのチェックイン：18日午後5時より ※連泊のお客さまにおかれましては、お持ちのパソコンなどを含む電子機器の電源をお切りいただき、故障防止のためコンセントを抜いた上で、18日午前11時までにお出かけいただきますようお願いいたします。また、当該時間の冷蔵庫のご利用はご遠慮ください。 停電時間内は清掃スタッフも作業ができないため、当日の清掃につきましては、タオル交換、ごみ回収等の簡易清掃のみの実施となります。ベッドメイキング、バスルーム清掃は行えませんので何卒ご了承の程お願い申し上げます。 停電復旧後、最初に水道をご利用される際には、蛇口から空気が出ることで水が飛び散る恐れがあるため、ご注意ください。

(1) Turn off the automatic translation function of your browser. (2) Open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the top left corner of the screen. (3) Select 'Language' at the bottom of the menu that appears. (4) The top of the booking engine site will be displayed in the selected language.
