  Opening our new wing "SORA KAN" on JAN 26th, 2023! It is located on the top of the hill in Beppu, one of the best onsen towns in Japan. There are 3 accommodation buildings called SORA KAN, NAKA KAN, and NIJI-KAN in Sugioi Hotel. 　 Enjoy our open-air hot spring bath with a magnificent view of Beppu Bay and the night view of the town as well as our buffet restaurants.

  " TANAYU" - an open-air hot spring bath with a magnificent view -

  The observation baths overlooking a panoramic view of Beppu Bay. Consists of a complex of tubs spreading out in five tiers like rice terraces. It commands a magnificent and an expansive view of Beppu Bay and the night view of the town, as well as the view of Sadamisaki Cape in Shikoku in the distance. Both men's and women's section of Tanayu consist of five tiers. • The first tier (on the top) is an indoor bath sectioned by a glass wall. • The second tier (half open-air) has a peaked roof so you can enjoy the view even in the rain. • The Third tier (Open-air) is the widest and largest of the five tiers • The Fourth tier (Open-air) is connected to bower with a footbath. • The edge of the Fifth tier (Open-air) is the place where you can enjoy a lie-down bathing. * To avoid congestion, we may limit the number of guests using the sauna. We apologize for the inconvenience may cause.

  "The Aqua Garden" An outdoor hot spring that you can enjoy in a swimsuit

  An outdoor onsen where family or couples can enjoy together. The Aqua Garden is full of onsen-entertainment, such as the fantastic fountain show colored with water, light, and sound, “Fango Therapy” using fango (mud taken from the onsen), and “Float Healing Bath” where you can float in hot spring with high salinity.

  To Guests with Food Allergies

  At the Beppu Suginoi Hotel, a variety of menus are prepared in the same kitchen with the same cookware. Additionally, cleaning of tableware, etc. is done in the same location with the same washing machine so there is a possibility of these coming into contact with food allergens. As such, in consideration of guests' safety, the hotel does not provide menus for guests with food allergies or allergen lists. Guests to the hotel should be aware of the above and use their own judgment on whether they will partake in meals or not.

  ★Rules of Admission to the public baths and swimming pools at SUGINOI HOTEL:

  * Intoxicated people & people with Tattoos are not permitted to enter our public baths and swimming pools. * Do not allow men and women over 7 years old to mix bathing. For children under the age of 6(pre-schooler), the Onsen is available with their parents or guardians regardless of gender. About the use of mixed bathing for children, the Oita Prefecture Public Bath Law Enforcement Ordinance was amended, and from January 1, 2022, the mixed bathing restriction age for men and women was lowered to over 7 years old.
