[Golden-eyed snapper shabu-shabu plan] For dinner, we offer a "Golden-eyed snapper shabu-shabu" course at the main dining room "Mutsuki". *For this plan, you can choose the start time of dinner from the first half of the day (entry from 17:00 to 18:00) or the second half of the day (entry from 19:00 to 20:00). Detailed time information will be provided when you check in on the day. ■Dinner■ Golden-eyed snapper shabu-shabu course at the main dining room "Mutsuki" This kaiseki meal is centered around shabu-shabu, which uses Izu golden-eyed snapper, which is said to be delicious from spring to early summer, and is enjoyed with the aroma of seasonal vegetables. The dipping sauce is made with ponzu and sesame sauce, and the sesame sauce is especially recommended by the chef! Enjoy the great combination of golden-eyed snapper and sesame. The middle plate of the course meal is fried red snapper, and the final dish is rice porridge... This plan allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of red snapper. ■Breakfast■ - Japanese meal in the main dining room "Mutsuki" - Western food in the grill restaurant "Jumura" *Everyone will be served in the same venue. *Due to seating restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate your request. ***Regarding dining seating*** Our hotel provides restaurant seating for each room.
